[TuxOnIce-users] Unable to wake on lan after hibernation with tuxonice

When I hibernate using TOI I am unable to use wake on lan (wol) to start
my computer up again. With the vanilla kernel hibernate wol works fine
after hibernation. Wake on lan works from suspend to ram with both
kernels. After hibernating with TOI the link light is on by the ethernet
socket and the data light flashes when I send a magic packet but it does
not wake up. I'm using pm-hibernate to hibernate and have a script
/etc/pm/sleep.d/02wol to run

ethtool -s eth0 wol g

at each hibernate, suspend and resume. It runs before
/etc/pm/sleep.d/80tuxonice-userui but I don't think that should matter.
The computer is a Dell C521. I have attached the output of dmesg and my
kernel config. Resuming from TOI is much better than the vanilla kernel
which thrashes the disk for ages, but I'm missing being able to resume
remotely.

If anyone has any suggestions on getting wol to work I'd be very grateful.

Phil
