Hi Nigel,
   in the end I found the problem... Shame on me...
   I had this driver¹ to use my integrated webcam.
   It was managed by DKMS.
   Well, it's not proprietary, the code, but it upload a big driver blob.
   Anyway, the problem had a lot of "randomess" because it happened
just when DKMS was able to recompile the driver on reboot or to force
the load of the previous one. That's why the bisect results were
crazy.
