Hi all.

3.0.99.44 is now available on the website.

With this release, you should be able throw away your resume= parameter
in Grub, provided that your system has a swap partition somewhere. This
applies even if you write your image to a file and don't use the swap
partition for hibernating.

I don't know of many bugs still outstanding at the moment, and so hope
this will pretty much be 3.1-rc1. Things still in the back of my mind are:

- Anything else that might still be needed in order for Ubuntu users to
be able to just apt-get install the PPA packages, reboot and start using
it without any further configuration. (ie I'm planning on a bit of work
on the hibernate script and userui, and updated packages for them).
Hopefully this will be the basis of other distros getting install,
reboot and play support too.
- Pedro's occasional crash.
- Occasional -22 (-EINVAL) failure to read the image.
- Ulrich's oops should be fixed, though I just remembered the "haven't
verified there is an image" message, and probably still need to look at
that).

Regards,

Nigel
