[Suspend2-devel] /proc & /sys permissions

G'day all,

I've been playing with the new /sys/power/suspend2/* entries and I've noticed (along with the
original proc entries) that they are all mode 600. Is there a security risk with making them 644?

I just realised it's quite nice to be able to check settings and look at things while not being
root. I do this with acpi quite a bit and tried to cat /sys/power/suspend2/debug_info as my normal
user and got denied..

Perhaps a feature request?

Brad
