I missed that suspend2-userui-0.5.1 wasn't that good for TOI 3.0.x
Upgrading to suspend2-userui-0.7.2 fixed 7/8th of the problem.
I still have a "Failed to launch userspace program '/usr/local/sbin/suspend2ui_fbsplash': Error -2"
but with suspend2-userui-0.7.2 now gives me both splashscreens in hibernate and resume, and I got rid of the printk
messages.
