[Suspend2-announce] Hibernate Script 1.95

- Add support for renamed swap and file directories in suspend2 2.2.8.4
and later.
- Apply hibernate script patches from Christopher Sawtell.
- Make vcat always transparent (fixes vbetool failures)
- Remove restriction from init.d script that swap partitions must be
labelled as swap in a partition table (unlike some dm-crypt devices).
