[Suspend2-announce] 2.2-rc3 for 2.6.13

Hi everyone.

I'm pleased to announce a new release: 2.2-rc3 for 2.6.13. Almost all of
the changes in this release are bug fixes. Hopefully we're not far away
from 2.2.

There is one more that won't be interesting to most people - the
beginnings of support for resuming from an initramfs. This will be nice,
simple and unintrusive but very useful for embedded systems.
