New release prompted largely by the new interface for Suspend 2. It
defaults to no encryption, and use the lzf compressor if available,
otherwise no compression. There's also a dozen or so other
improvements, some of which alter functionality (eg, not starting
services that don't belong in the given runlevel). The changelog
speaks for itself.

Source tarballs & RPMs are available from www.suspend2.net/downloads/
Gentoo ebuilds will propagate shortly thanks to Brix (who'd prepared
the ebuild before I'd even released it :)
Debian packages will appear soon too.

Full changelog:

 - Use /bin/echo when calling kernel suspend methods to avoid getting killed on
   oopses. (Piotr P. Karwasz)
 - Make Distribution option case-insensitive.
 - Fix non-standard path issue with KDE xstatus dialog under Gentoo (Pat Double)
 - Fix non-standard path issue with KDE xstatus dialog under SuSE.
 - Clean up stderr output in xstatus. (Pat Double)
 - Only bring down interfaces that are up.
 - Slackware path fixes (Chris Friedhoff)
 - Support for cryptoapi in Suspend2.
 - Added logrotate script for hibernate.log. (Henrik Brix Andersen)
 - Only start services enabled for the given runlevel. (Stephen Gildea)

I do realise there are still more outstanding TODOs =)

This release wasn't quite as well tested as I'd like, so if there
are bugs, please let me know (ideally in bugzilla.suspend2.net).

Thanks!

Bernard.
